Spacing C-set for shape instance

I need to draw a dynamic ground shape that has a larger clearance than the other ground shapes (same net name) on the board.  

Is there a way to apply a C-set to one shape instance, rather than by net class or region?

I tried assigning the Dyn_Clearance_Oversize to just that shape, but this has no effect.

    Try hovering the mouse over the Shape with Shapes enabled in Find, then right-click>Property Edit, set the "Void_Same_Net" property to the Shape then OK and Done. Same Net Spacing / Shape to Shape will then be in play and you should then be able to get "Dyn_" property values to do something about the Clearance.
