Unable to delete out-of-date shape items (URGENT Cannot Create Artworks without fixing this)

After updating shapes, I get a number of "Out of date shapes"

Clock the color button next to them gives me a list with coordinates, if I click on coordinates view is moved but there is no shape or boundary there.

I used: Shape->Check

Click on shape => Shape checking completed.... 2 problem pts found
the outline of the problem pts is visible on the screen
I can select them while in the check mode

** I cannot access them in anyway outside of check mode to delete (or merge) them

I have run Database Check with all options ticked, it states no problems

URGENT: The whole design is now stalled until this can be fixed.

    Hi again,

    Going back to your first statement you mentioned that the when you clicked on the coordinates and the screen moved to that location you saw nothing. Do that again but first go to your color pallet and hit the all on switch at the top of the form window. Hopefully that will display something for you. If there is something showing try selecting it via the shape pull down-select shape or void cavity option. There you might be able to delete the void. Also, you could try to add another shape assigned to the net  over the same area and merged the two together to clean up the error. You stated also that you re-added the entire dynamic pour and that did not work either. That's crazy.
