Constraint manager--->DRC external rule Violation

Hi  sir,

My project report lots of DRC about external rule.

I do not set any rule about external and I do not familiar with it.

I search it in HELP Document but i can not fix it.

How can i fix it or any thing I did it wrong by mistake?

    External DRC's can be added via a skill program or external third party software. There is a Cadence solution on how to remove them https://support.cadence.com/apex/ArticleAttachmentPortal?id=a1Od0000000nboBEAQ&pageName=ArticleContent&sq=005d0000005nGuFAAU_20171214162354471

    steve, thanks. I do not set the rule via skill program. It seems there is some wrong setting here. 

    The web link you provided seems need permission to access.  I can not open it. 

    Can you help to provide another one with out special permission?

    You need to have access to http://support.cadence.com to read this. Can you not generate an account using your hostid / reference key?
