Block Rotate

I'm trying to find out how to rotate a block of components in Orcad pcb. There seems to be no results when I search the website. If I Highlight and move all components then do a rotate, the individual components rotate about themselves which is not what I want - any help appreciated.

In the Options tab set the Rotation Point = User Pick. This will keep the relationship of the elements as they are rather than rotate each individual element.

    Thanks for answering Rik.

The only Options tab I can see is on the right. It's one of three Buttons/Tabs, the others are Find & Visibility but Rotation Point is not listed under Options.

Am I looking in the wrong place?

The move command has to be active. Select Edit > Move. The Options tab will change and you will be able to set the rotation angle and point among other things.
