Capture cloud?

Just saw this: https://orcadcloud.ema-eda.com/ema-eda

Looks like a scaled down version of Capture's desktop application in the browser. The information seems scarce around this. Anyone know what Cadence's intentions are here?

OrCAD Capture Cloud is a subset of functionalities of OrCAD Capture Desktop. We are offering this OrCAD Capture Cloud for new/existing users who want to access an online design entry solution at their fingertips. This helps engineers bring their design ideas to life more quickly and easily than ever before. Just open your browser and get started. Works on all platforms; all you need is a web browser. Capture your idea instantly and get started on making your dream a reality wherever and whenever inspiration strikes. OrCAD Capture Cloud connects to the full suite of OrCAD desktop tools taking you through simulation and layout all the way to manufacturing.

We have also partnered with Arrow to create the OrCAD Entrepreneur package so that Designers can use OrCAD Entrepreneur to capture their system-level design in the familiar OrCAD Capture Cloud design environment, which is accessible directly from Arrow.com. From within the cloud-enabled design environment, designers can also select from existing Arrow reference designs, pick components from the existing Arrow parts library and generate a complete bill of materials, all in one seamless flow. Leveraging the OrCAD Entrepreneur, designers can also print, share and upload new designs. They can then download the design onto their desktop for simulation and layout—moving seamlessly from design through advanced circuit simulation and PCB layout, and all the way to manufacturing.

Interesting. From my brief look it seems like there is no way to save/export/netlist this to a device to continue with a PCB design.

Seems pretty worthless right now.  I am very pro cloud and have been pushing for cloud based design in multiple design areas. But this?  I have no clue based on what I saw what they are trying.  Won't be using it.

So to be able to download Arrow Capture Cloud schematics for the desktop costs an extra $99/yr ?  There seem to be two different "clouds" at this point too... there's the one through ultra-librarian and one through Arrow... does the $99/yr get me access to both? or just Arrow?
