How to put via in the center of BGA pins

Hi sir,

How to put VIA in the center of BGA pins in below case. You can see Distance a is smaller than b.

When i set Route/create fanout/ pin via space-centered, it put the via as picture shows.

It seems it is just the center of distance a. But I think it is better to put via in point C.

I can not find easy way to put it. And I am afraid it is not exact center If i move it by manual .

Is there any proper command to achieve it?

It doesn't look like dimensions "a" and "b" are the same. A BGA fanout would be expecting a regular X / Y matrix and being able to use a 45 degree "dogbone".

    thanks,sir.

yes, the distance a is not the same as distance b. do you means it is not proper to using FANOUT in this case? and what is the proper command in this case?  i am afraid it is not exact center if add vias by manual and adjust it to the center by observe. what is your normal pratice?thanks.

The only choice you have is to add one via based on the centre (draw a line from pin to pin diagonally then add the via using right click - snap pick to - segment midpoint) then once you have one create a via structure (Route menu) then use that for the fanout tool.
