there is no buffer model in ibis , how can i do? such as: broadcom 's phy ic ;
if using hspice model ,...?

    If Broadcom provides only an HSPICE model for their part, you have no choice but to simulate it with the HSPICE simulator. You can do this within SigXp if you encapsulate the HSPICE model in DML. There is a "how-to" kit with an example that describes this at the following location:

    We are also working with IC suppliers on other alternatives for supplying models at these frequency ranges, leveraging the IBIS [External Model] construct.
