Pastemask Keepout in Package

Does anyone know if it's possible to add pastemask keepout areas when editing a package?  I can explain why I want to do this, but I figured I'd check if it's possible first.

Don't think this is possible but if you want to give more information as to why we may be able to help further

It's a convenience thing.  I have an unusual pastemask shape (with multiple unconnected shapes) to place on a standard surface mount pad.  Rather than use a special pad with no pastemask and add the pastemask at the package level, I'd like to use the standard pad with full pastemask and then effectively create the multiple shapes by using pastemask keepout at the package level.  Not a big deal if it's not possible.

I can't think of a method to do it this way and now in 17.2 you can drive flash symbols as part of the padstack easier to make the chequerboard style pastemask openings so you should be able to achieve what you need direct on the pad. If you need different pastemask's for the same pad you can add mask layers so pastemask-fab1_top and _bottom flash  pastemask-fab1 _top and _bottom then it's just a small mod to the artwork film as to which you use.

You just went over my head (I'm good enough to be dangerous in Allegro) - I haven't used flash symbols or negative artwork to date.

OK take a look at the video www.youtube.com/watch This goes through a pth hole then an smd pin with a chequerboard style pastemask. Just watch from 3,40 and that should help.
