Hspice w-element model conversion

archive
archive over 20 years ago

Currently working on a device model that is utilising the Hspice w-element transmission line model.

Wondering whether Spectre has an equivalent component (if yes, please advise on the conversion)? If not, is there any approximate substitute?

Would appreciate any suggestion.

Thanks!

New version of Spectre (6.0.xx) is able to handle Hspice w-element directly. But it handles only for the non-frequency dependable format for now.

    Hope this helps,
