Export .brd file as .alg.

Hello everyone,
Fellow Altium user here...

I have received a .brd file, and I need to view this file in Altium so as to integrate it into another project. I have tried the import wizard in altium, along a multitude of other ways I have found online, and none of this is working. I am looking for a way to export the .brd file from my OrCAD PCB Designer software so I can view it in Altium. 

All help is appreciated.

    There is no option in PCB editor to export to Altium. You may need to check with Altium for Import details.

    Altium can provide you with steps to do this along with skill / extracta files that make the alg file. Not provided by Cadence.
