Could anyone suggest 2 layer impedance controlled PCB stack up

Impedance is controlled by the Dielectric Constant, strictly a parameter with frequency, the thickness of the Dielectric and the width of the routed track, so "any" stack-up has controlled impedance. Having only 2 layers, 1.6mm of board thickness and typical FR4 material, isn't going to provide a lot of flexibility for the routed width, one layer will need to be a reference plane, which is why multiple layers, thin dielectrics and a variety of materials are commonly used where impedance control is required by the design.
