edit part properties on several pages

Hi

I would like to add some parts properties to the entire design. My design spans over several pages. I found that even if I select simultaneously all components on all pages I can only edit parts properties of the schematic page I am on. Is there a way to edit all parts in the entire design and not page by page?

Is it possible to add those properties permanently so each new design will have them and no need to do it again?

Thanks vadim

    Hi Vadim,

First, which schematic entry tool are you using? As this depends on the tool you are using.

For getting these properties permanent on all schematics, they must be added into the library.

Try selecting the design name in the Project Window then Edit - Browse - Parts, accept the preferred mode (instance v occurrence) then in the next window select all objects (left click first row followed by a shift+left click last row then Edit - Properties. This opens an editable window with all part properties. You can edit here, add new etc.
