SDA or System Capture and Simulation

We have now Allegro 17.2 installed, i tried SDA, which looks very promising, but I could not figure out if it already supports simulation, e.g. PSPICE. Anyone? It would be very nice to start test-driving this tool in a simulation environment, before we may go productive with it in a few years.

    Hi

I would suggest that you contact Cadence or Cadence Channel Partner.

He/she should be able to answer any questions regarding System Capture.

"We" are a University with licenses for several Cadence softwares. I learned about SystemCapture some years ago and with a recent HotFix, the Icon turned up some months ago. I have invoked it and browsed through the example that comes with it. The GUI is very nice. It looks promising, so I asked Cadence support about the plans for it. Will it eventually replace (Orcad) Capture, etc. I have however not received any answer.
