padstack multiple drill problem

Orcad16.6-2015 pastck desinger. I was trying to design a pad with multiple drill and got error/warning as below:

Multiple drill hole array is not contained within all pad boundaries.

Could someone help?

    I replicated your padstack in 16.5 and do not see this error. Your padstack looks valid to me. No errors produced at this end. It is plausible that there is a bug in your padstack editor. What version of the padstack editor are you using.
