ORCAD-PSPICE: Monte Carlo, Save bias point and load bias point options grayed out for DC sweep....also I can't see CGS and CGD during bias point simulation, only CGSOV and CGDOV.

When watching tutorials, i can see the users click on simulation profile and all the tick boxes are tickable. In my case, some of the tick boxes are grayed out. The image below shows the problem.

Another problem is that when performing bias point analysis, i can't see CGS and CGD, only CGSOV and CGDOV. Again, I have seen in tutorials that both should be visible during bias point analysis.

or maybe the derivatives are the capacitances?

Which exact version are you running? Check from Help>About in Capture

The circuit cannot be reproduced from the PDF referenced to investigate this further. Can you select the DSN file entry in the Project Manager window and use File>Archive Project? Create a single ZIP of the project and any custom referenced libraries and attach that to the forum.

Derivatives are what it says in the text, rate of change of charge for Gate and Bulk

Thanks for the archive. The models MOSN1 and MOSP1 are not included for the OPAMP schematic, if you can attach the LIB file for those, I can take a look at the simulation results with the latest version.. Version 17.0 was a short lived release and not widely used and it is possible, since this was never a "general" release, that there are issues related to the Capture / PSpice tools that were never reported. Getting the latest version, 17.2-2016.s048, should address the Simulation Profile related issues that you are seeing.
