Is there a way to set the shape minimum thickness?

Thanks.

I am talking about the small thickness of the blue shape between yellow and green pads.

If you want to remove the connection, look at Shape>Global Dynamic Parameters (all Shapes), or Select the Shape and right-click>Parameters for an individual Shape, then the Void Controls tab, experiment with increasing the settings "Minimum Aperture for Gap Width", about 0.05mm (2Mil) increments, "Suppress Shapes Less Than", about 0.1mm / 0.15mm (4Mil / 6Mil) increments. There will be side effects within the Shape as you tweak these so large increments / values are probably not recommended.
