Can't create module in allegro 17.2

Dears,

I finished a small design now and need to create a panel with 10 boards of this same design in one PCB.

I searched for a solution here and it seams that I have to create a module then place it in the panel PCB file.

The problem is I can't find the "Tools > Create Module" command.

My question is where is the create module command located in Allegro 17.2?

Is there another way to create panels?

    The 'create module' command is only available when using an Allegro license. In Orcad PCB this function is not available.

    Further, there are 3rd party plugins which can do panelization, like Floware. I beleive this is has been included now into Allegro 17.2 if you have the toolbox license.
