Capture CM crashes

MAAC

Capture tool is getting crashed whenever i invoke the newly introduced Constraint manager(capture) in ISR48(17.2) . Updated to ISR 49 as well and renamed Capture.ini folder along with deleting Capture workspace in regedit but no results.

Any other workaround or solution

    try this: run RegEdit.exe and change the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EMA\CMforOrCAD\Settings\UseRibbon from 0 to 1.

    im not finding this key in my PC. Checked in colleague PC where CM is working even their is no EMA\ key available.
