Database Manager in OrCAD Capture CIS

Dear all,

My problem is not create and modified my System DSNs in ODBC Data Source Administrator (using 32-bit).

[My Error: You are logged on with non-Administrative privileges. System DSNs could not be created or modified]

Likely, I predict that I can not choose my Data Source in Database Configuration in OrCAD Capture CIS 

[My Error: ORCIS-6245: Database Operation Failed Please Check Session For More Details]

    Capture CIS needs a System DSN, data source, to reference your database, it won't work any other way (and this has been a requirement since Windows XP), your Windows account doesn't allow this due to local machine, or domain, imposed restrictions. It is not possible to "defeat" this security restriction, you need to get Administrative privileges for your account, or get a user with Administrative privileges to log into your machine and create the System DSN.

    I am currently using Window Sever 2016, I can create my Database by Excel (.xls) or others Spreadsheet on my ODBC Data Source Admin? And it can be applied for CIS Configuration (New Config) ?
