Setup advisor issue

Hello Guys,

Faced a problem with Tool -à Setup Advisor -à Edit cross section that when I updated the specs for single ended nets and then when I switched to “Differential Mode” & entered there values. After that when I again come back to Single ended Mode. I observed that values have been changed. Any one has any solution for that?

  • This is the way the tool works. The values you are entering are purely there for calculation sake. They are not going to control the route behavior. You need to control the actual spacing/widths using the Net_Spacing, and Net_Physical methods.
