As anyone tried to import PCAD 2004 into Allegro (15.xx)

I have a pdif file generated from PCAD 2004 and would like to import it into Allegro but when I tried it didn't work. As anyone imported a PCAD 2004 successfully into Allegro? Who about PCAD 2002, would it work?
