Orcad 17.2

I have a doubt in orcad 17.2 .How to use command window like x 7.2 y 3.4 ?? It can't work properly!! And how to change all dimensions are in mm in editor orcad?? Kindly detailed them.Thanks in advance.

    Try invoking the Edit - Move command, pick up the part you want to move then type x <x co-ord> <y co-ord> so if you wanted to move something 2mm in the x try x 2 0. You can also try ix 2 which would move the part 2 from the last position. To set units go to Setup - Design Parameters - Design tab and set the required units there.

    Thanks again sir .But this time I need a detailed step of making circle PCB design outline in orcad 17.2?? Please explained in detail. Thanks in advance.

    Try Add - Circle then look at the options pane, set the class/subclass to Board Geometry / Design_Oultine and draw the circle you need....

    Choose the padstack type (mechanical hole) set a drill size, tolerance and drill symbol, define the top, default internal and bottom pad size (this could be smaller than the drill hole if you only need a non-plated hole), define soldermask top and bottom and save. Then launch PCB Editor and make a mechanical symbol, use this pad, add keepouts (if required) and save

    It's not working sir. It needs gswin64c file.so, after I installed the file. It export schematic to PDF name like the design name is led it convert into led.pdf in PS file format.when I search the led.pdf in respective location only have a file name capmark2 in PS file format only it cannot open in Adobe Acrobat reader . So, kindly help me sir in detailed manner .
