"pstswp.exe has stopped responding" when netlisting one specific schematic to PCB

I have one specific design that is crapping out during netlisting. All other designs are ok, but this one fails. I'm running inside a Windows 7 VM and can provide any debug info that would be useful. Any help would be appreciated.

Once it fails, the netlist.log and netrev.lst files are empty (0B) so no useful info there.

I was able to get it to work by restoring to an earlier version of the .DSN file, but I'd like to know what was going on for future reference.
