How to make a slot that has an arc

I ran into this today - kind of has me stumped.

How can I make a non plated slot that has an arc in it?

    Me, personally, I'd put the arc centers for the end radius' in a mechanical symbol with the outline for the slot and add route/placement keepout areas around it accordingly. Then in the fabrication drawing I'd document it properly so the fabricator can make the slot. I wouldn't waste time trying to figure out how to do it 'automatically'. With clearances and documentation, it'll turn out excellent. Will be a *** for the fabricator though (IMHO).
