Allegro PCB Design - 17.2 2016

Hi,

I am trying to update the PCB Layout ( created with he same version 17.2 2016). When I try to change the options in the Display --> Color/Visibility , it Pops out a Window with the following message and when I click OK or close then it shuts down the Allegro PCB Window.

Could you please look into this issue and recommend a fix for this issue?

Thanks,

PM

Have you run DB Doctor on it?  It can be found under the utilities folder.  Run it standalone before opening Allegro.

    Hi,

Yes, I ran DB Doctor but it didn't fix the issue.

This could be due to some Graphic driver issue.

    Thanks,

No, this is not a graphics problem. Open Allegro; type 'shell' in the command window; type   dbdoctor (space) (the file.SAV file name) and click return key. This will show you what Allegro is trying to correct in the database, and should fix it. Update when you can.
