P-CAD for Dos Master Design Version 8.4

Hello, I am on the IT Support team at Nautel the Engineering Department have a old Windows XP  with P-CAD ver. 8.5 for reference and troubleshooting old systems. I am working on gettoing the XP application on to Virtual Machine.I have it installed and working except for the PCB Tools when trying to get a error:

Also tried it on a Standalone XP Box same error I am missing something for the setup config?
