PCI Express SI

Dear All,
             I want to perform SI work for PCI Express using x1 channel.
but don't know what shall i use as a standard agaist which i can do this work.

also what i need to check in SI for PCI eXPRESS, shall i check crosstalk, reflections also

shall i use datasheet and PCI Express base specification 1.1 only as  a standard...?

pls guide me on as i am doing this for the first.

    PCI-e standards require 100 ohm differential. Each trace pair must match with +/-5mil. As far as the specification, always use the latest, which is 2.0.
