Forcing an NC pin to connect to a net

I have a symbol with pins that don't connect to any net. Can I force them to connect to a net in Allegro PCB designer? This would of course be best to do in the schematics, but the library symbol don't have the NC pins and the library is manged from elsewhere...

What I want is the GND shape to pour over the pins with no net names:

It is best to do this correctly in the schematic but you can add a DYN_CLEARANCE_TYPE = NO_VOID and NET_SHORT = GND

Thanks! That works. I totally agree that it's best done in the schematic and I will request a library update. As I said, I don't have access to make changes in the library since it's managed at another administrative unit in the company.
