solved - Enable 17.4 Start Page how-to?

Hello.

On my new installed V17.4 (formerly I used V17.2) it is not possible to enable the Start Page.

In capture.ini the function is enabled and under the Menu Help, the Start Page is gray and not clickable.

App loaded as administrator under Win10.

What can i do?

Update: The first Hotfix (S001) could solve this problem; now we only hope, the Print-function (other problem) will be solved also as quick as this.
