OrCAD CIS Capture

Hi, I am getting the following errors while setting up a CIS Database in OrCAD Capture CIS 17.2 .

Errors are as follows:

ERROR(ORCIS-6245): Database Operation Failed
Please Check Session For More Details
ERROR(ORCIS-6250): ODBC Error Code: -1
Description: Cannot modify the design of table 'TMPPRTS'. It is in a read-only database.

ODBC Error Description: State:42000,Native:-1809,Origin:[Microsoft][ODBC Excel Driver]
Allegro Footprints read from directories listed in the section 'Allegro Footprints' of the initialization file.
ERROR(ORCIS-6245): Database Operation Failed
Please Check Session For More Details
ERROR(ORCIS-6250): ODBC Error Code: -1
Description: Too few parameters. Expected 4.
