Enabling High-Speed Option settings?

I'm working on a layout concurrently with a remote designer - both using high-speed/miniaturization licenses. I keep seeing prop delay DRC's in the section he's working in, but he says there are none and I must not have the high-speed option enabled. I always use the high-speed license, and have the electrical constraint modes all checked 'On', so not sure why we're seeing different things. Any clues?

Thanks very much for any advice you can provide.

Since you see prop delay DRCs, looks like your license is working correctly. Allegro skips DRC checks that aren't licensed even if the constraints are entered.
