Hotfix SPB17.20.062 - Text file listing changes?

I installed the latest hotfix 17.20.062 and cannot find the text file listing changes.

The "what's new" within Allegro does not show the latest hotfix.

Can anyone point me to the text file?

I just downloaded the 'readme_ccr.txt' from the folllowing link:

Thanks, it was not listed in the Windows updates.
