DRC error: Mechanical Drill Hole to Pin spacing

Hi

I have mechanical drill holes next to SMD pins in my footprint and i am getting DRC error: 

Mechanical Drill Hole to Pin spacing 

Constraint Value: 0.2032mm

Actual Value: 0.1352mm 

I have changed all the values in constraint manaager to 0.127mm but still getting this error.

    Have you checked the constraint modes under mechanical spacing? That is the default value. Turn them off.

    Do you mean under Constraint Manager>Spacing

    Hi

    Go to set up -  constraint - modes -

    in the analysis setting click on design. You will see mechanical spacing. Click on this and turn off this function.
