NPTH HOLE NOT VISIBLE IN 3D VIEW (ORCAD PCB EDITOR17.X)

Hello

'I am mpping step file for many connectors for verifying footprint ,. During  viewing the mapping in 3D mode  unable to see NPTH hole  even after enabling the NPTH hole display option

Any suggestion to this view problem , please suggest
