Converting from PADS Logic Designer to OrCad

I have a schematic that was done in Pads Designer 2.5.  I need to convert this to Capture 17.2.

I tried the usual export as an EDIF schematic, then import into OrCad Capture.

This operation always fails.  

Does anyone know how to make this work.  I can't use one of the conversion services, so I need to make this work on my system.
