OrCAD Capture CIS - CIP database part DRC error

When running a DRC in capture for a schematic, all of my database parts placed from CIP return ORCAP-2434.

For instance from the CIP starter library I placed a molex connector (P/N 26-60-4030)

WARNING(ORCAP-2434): Footprint 'MOLEX_41791-3' specified in PCB Footprint for instance 'P3' is missing. Ensure 'MOLEX_41791-3' is in the library path.

My footprint path is set in my Capture.ini file, so I am unsure how to resolve this issue. I also have not found any information online for ORCAP-2434.

The footprint path in your Capture.INI file is only used for footprint preview when placing CIS parts.

You need to verify your library path inside the pcb layout tool, >Setup >User Preferences >Paths >Library >padpath and >psmpath need to be set.

I added the path to my library in the pcb layout tool but the Online DRCs are still present. Is there something I need to do after setting the path?

    A quick test:

Allegro/Orcad, try placing your symbol as a mechanical part.

    >Place >Manually

(pulldown menu right under Placement List tab)  > Package Symbols

If this particular footprint does not appear in the list (check a box to place a mechanical instance of this symbol), then a common mistake with me is an old-fashioned typo in the symbol name relative to what I called it in CIS/CIP.  Or, there is a typo in the library search path.
