Application quit unexpectedly while using Part-Manager

Hi,

We are facing an issue while using Part-manager in OrCAD Capture CIS 17.2 on windows 10

The Application closes unexpectedly while using Query tab in the part-manager. other Tabs are working fine.

What may be the issue?
