from Capture to "Allegro System Capture"?

Has anyone used Allegro system capture? At the moment I don't have a lot of use for the "system" function. I'm wondering how it works for creating a single board. Only reason I'm asking is because we are looking for solutions to load our designs to Windchill.

We currently use Capture.

Thanks

    Hi -

It would be helpful to work with your local Cadence AE. I'm an AE in the Chicago area. Allegro System Capture designs can be published to manufacturing (Windchill in this case) very easily. There's a new interface - in the past called release to PLM - that makes the use model for designers very simple (they don't even need to know the Windchill system). Again, please contact your local Cadence AE - they'd be more than happy to explain the details.
