Hi

I have deleted the unconnected copper islands on inner layers but the outline of these deleted shapes is still visible.

How can i remove this?

My best guess is that you have the boundary layer visible.

Boundary/top contains the boundaries (not actual copper!), the 'real' copper is on etch/top.
