Circular Move, for a particular pins

Good Day Engineers,

Hello engineers, I was having difficulty on how can I move pins of the Relay Teledyne, the only given dimension are the diameter 200 mils and the angle 36+- 3degrees. How can I move the pins in a way that is having a

36degree  in circular manner. Thank you.

    Place one pin (say pin 10) then use Edit - Copy, set the Options pane to Polar array and copy the pins based on the angle etc you require.
