Unable to display any information on popped up window

As it shows, it always shows nothing in the popped up window when run the command in the Display Menu, like Display->measure, Display->elements. I've tried to reinstall the software and change another version, but still not work out.

BTW, it is Cadence Free Viewer 17.4 installed in Win10 64-bit system. Could anyone have ideas about this problem?

    The information is displayed when accessed with Display - Measure. Have u installed the latest hotfix

    thanks for your reply. I did not find any hotfix for the Free Viewer. And it happens not only when Display -Measure, but also in each popped up window that show text information

    So I downloaded the free viewers yesterday and these are working as expected so try getting this again from orcad.com then uninstall / reinstall and see if that helps.
