Plane Outline window off screen

Dutch2

When I open the Plane Outline window it appears mostly off screen. Since I can't get to the title bar I'm unable to move it.

How do I fix this?

Thanks in advance,

P.

Try deleting the allegro.geo file from your pcbenv folder. This file stores the XY positions to open forms at when you run them. It could be that you switched from a machine with a larger screen resolution / multiple screens and the geo file is telling it to put the form somewhere over there in no-man's-land. :( Shut down allegro, delete the geo file, and restart. That should clear any potentially-invalid form locations that are saved.

    Hi Tyler,

    Thanks for your reply.

I'm unable to find a pcbenv folder or a allegro.geo file in the Cadence folder.

I'm using Orcad PCB Editor version 17.2-2016

    Thanks,

    P.

After some searching, I found that the allegro.geo folder is located in \users\username\pcbenv folder.

    Thanks again,

    P.
