Cadstar to Allegro

We have a submodule designed by a contractor who uses Cadstar. We are using Allegro SPB15.2. Now I need to integrate the submodule into my design, does anyone know how to do this? Here is my question more specifically.
1. How to convert Cadstar schematic to OrCAD so I can combine them into one schematic? Cadstar can output pSpice format, so should I use it as a blackbox in my schematic?

2. How to convert Cadstar layout into Allegro so I can export it as a sub-drawing in Allegro and then import the sub-drawing to my design?

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
