Description and Manufacturer not getting populated in BOM

Hi,

I have this issue when I generate the BOM. I've filled out all the properties for my parts in the part manager. I then go to Reports > CIS Bill of Materials > Standard and then generate the BOM.

On the BOM, all the fields are correct with what I put in part manager (Value, PCB footprint, etc.), except for Description and Manufacturer. Description and Manufacturer are left blank for every row. What could be causing this? I know for a fact that these properties are not blank in the design.

Thanks

The symbols have the Description and Manufacturers filled in. Here's a snippet of parts:

Let me clarify my BOM issue though. If I do Tools>Bill of Materials and generate the BOM that way, I don't have any issue - all the properties are filed correctly. However, if I do Reports > CIS Bill of Materials > Standard and then generate the BOM, the Description and Manufacturer columns are missing in the generated BOM. Here are the settings I have for that:

The only reason I'm trying to do it this way is because I would like the "Quantity" value to be 0 for DNI parts.

    Just try the below steps.

configure only description and manufacturer only and export BOM. If the data appear well and good and we can check further what is going wrong when exported in a combined format.

Also, the CIS configuration will also play role here. Check if the option transfer to design is enabled in the CIS .dbc file. Because I am expecting the icon of manufacture and description to appear as the first one as shown in attachment. But in the picture, you shared they are appearing as the second icon
