need to run Specctra r9.0 in "win XP pro"

Greetings everyone – our NT system has finally retired.. so i have a few questions about running Specctra in XP.

-is Specctra 9.0 compatible with win XP latest service pack?

- are there any known issues with Specctra in XP?

- any black magic license process needed with Specctra 9.0 dongle key on XP Operating system?
