"Tips from Cadence" Show Element does not display all data

There are times when you will do a Show Element on an element such as a large Ground net with hundreds of pins. You may be looking for the properties attached to this net which are always listed at the end after all the pins have been listed. You know that the net has properties on it but you do not see them at the end as expected in the Show Element window. Why ?? For performance reasons, Allegro has a limit as to how much data it will output to the Show Element graphical window. When you come across this, you need to use File – Save As… in the Show Element window to write the data out to a text file which will include all the data for the element queried.
