Cadence License Issue

Hi everyone,

When I switch from 17.2 to 16.6, candence 16.6 has inform:" No product license found, exiting..." However, I can use 16.6 before I change to 17.2.

Please give me some ideas if you used to get this issue.

For some details: We have 3 versions of Cadence including: 16.6, 17.2 and 17.4, using network license.

Thanks,

Khang

I've been running the same three versions on this machine without any problems.  My license file shows 17.4 entitlement.

The license cache should be the same with all three versions.

Is there a local license or alternate license server that has a different version entitlement?  Is this a windows environment?
