When i generated pdf for my schematic, i  observed net alias names were not in aligned with net (you can see image below) . Is any one know, what i am missing in setting up  ?

Thanks you in advance.

Both Adobe Distiller and Ghostscript move text with underscore away from lines in the output, AFAIK there isn't any way to prevent this - there would need to be some control over Adobe Distiller, or Ghostscript, processing to change this. As an aside, adding Net Aliases to the Nets isn't required to name the Nets since the Net name will be derived from the name of the Off-Page Connector.

This is odd indeed. I have on the other hand never seen this behavior in any .PDF created by Capture->Print->select printer->PDF using the "PDF printer" from Adobe.

The problem is not with the printer / printing. Export PDF prints to Postscript and then either Adobe Distiller, or Ghostscript, processes the Postscript to PDF and that is where the text is being moved.
