Anti-copper

I'm trying to introduce an anti-copper region in a copper plane, but it doesn't work. 

I see the obstacle in the design window, it is an anti-copper obstacle in the right plane, but 

ir doesn't appear in the gerber files. It is Orcad 9.

Anyone could help me?
