Waiving pastemask DFF constraint for test points.

I'm using Orcad PCB designer pro 17.4 2019 S010.  I have DFF checks enabled, and find them useful, but would like to waive Paste Mask Missing for all my surface mount test points.

Is there a way to do this other than manually waiving the DRCs one by one?

Yes look at the Find by Query option in the Find pane, you can select DRC Errors and then set the specific types of errors. Once your list is defined select the square between rows and columns and they will all select on the screen, you can then hover over any one of them and right click - Waive

Hi Steve, we might have different versions of software.  I'm with you up to 'you can select DRC Errors'.  At that point I don't see any menu lets one select specific types of errors.

On the other hand I found 'Find by Query' lets me specify specific types of DRCs to select.  That could be useful, although if there are 30 test points that need waiving, it's time consuming.

Anyone know if there is a way to to this on and off at the symbol creation level, or the constraints manager level such that it doesn't DRC solder paste missing for all instances of a particular symbol ?

So I'm using the same version. In Find by Query select DRC Errors then in the Fields you have choices for Constraint Set, Actual Value, Object Type etc. One of these should give you what you need. Object Type set to Via may be the best one since Testpoints (using Manufacture - Testpoints) add testpoints as vias and see if that helps.
